Proposed Pilot

Start with a defined chain. Make an informed decision.

The first pilot is designed around one material stream, supply area, processing route and buyer application.

Its purpose is to test whether the chain can deliver suitable material, meet buyer requirements, explain its material balance, handle residuals responsibly and cover its costs and cash needs.

What we will test

  1. Suitable supply on clear commercial terms.

  2. Output that meets the intended buyer’s requirements.

  3. Records that explain material movements and losses.

  4. Responsible handling of residual material.

  5. Costs and working capital under real transaction conditions.

Rejected batches, disruptions and disputed transactions belong in the assessment. The results will guide expansion, redesign or a decision not to pursue that route.

Contribute to the next stage with local knowledge, technical expertise or collaboration.
