Our Story
In 2022, our founder moved to Europe for higher education, with the aim of bringing new knowledge to the family’s plastics business. Observing recycling practices in Germany prompted a deeper interest in sustainability and the recovery of materials.
That interest became research into what makes recycling work in practice: dependable collection, careful sorting, usable material quality, reliable buyers and fair participation. All Blue Circulars brings these questions into a Karnataka-focused initiative in development.

Our Approach
Designing the whole material journey.
Our proposed approach starts with local conditions and follows plastics from collection to a useful application. Each step must be tested before wider commitments are made.
Local collection
Material quality
Commercial viability
Explore convenient collection points, meaningful incentives and respectful participation for the people whose work makes recovery possible.
Understand sorting, contamination and buyer requirements. Test actual material samples and document what can be recovered responsibly.
Validate supply, costs, usable output and purchasing terms within a bounded pilot. Build a model that can sustain responsible work over time.
Progress built on evidence and trust.
We believe environmental purpose and commercial responsibility belong in the same design. Our priorities are honest communication, accountable material handovers and recognition of grassroots collectors. All Blue Circulars is in development; collection services and a processing facility have not yet been launched.
We welcome conversations with collectors, businesses, researchers and community organisations who share an interest in responsible plastic recovery. Let’s explore where our experience and your local knowledge can contribute.
